Can I purchase the copyrights?

Will the artwork include the artist’s signature?
Most times, the signature is usually displayed on the artwork and dated. When a signature is not shown directly on the artwork, it’s likely because the artist has signed somewhere else, in, behind, underneath, or around it.
Will I get a Certificate of Authenticity?
Originals and limited editions are the only works that arrive with a certificate of authenticity.
How do I track my shipment?
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. We recommend you track your package via the courier’s website provided in the shipping confirmation email for up-to-date tracking information.
Will my artwork arrive ready to hang?
Please review product descriptions listed to determine condition. We have included some common phrases to indicate how an artwork will arrive, and whether it requires special handling or should be taken to a framer upon receipt.
Mounted: Most of our mounted works are ready to hang but in some cases, some may not arrive ready to hang. All mounted works are expected to arrive flat and to be used on a flat surface such as a wall, metal, wood, glass, etc. Ready to Hang mounted works will be indicated in the artwork description.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are currently shipped from Chicago, Illinois USA. Processing takes 1- 3 days. Standard delivery times are below. Shipping times vary for buyers outside the USA.
Rolled Canvas: 2–3 business days after you receive shipping confirmation.
Ready to Hang/Mounted/Custom Framed: 2–3 business days after you receive shipping confirmation.
Sometimes bad weather, natural disasters or any other unforeseen events may cause your package to be delayed. Please allow an additional 1-2 days to the estimated date of arrival. The courier’s website will always provide the latest tracking updates, please use your tracking number. If you have any problem with your shipment, feel free to contact us.
Can I cancel an order before it’s shipped?
All cancellation requests must be made within 24-hours of purchase.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Exchanges are accepted in the event that an item arrive damaged due to postal mishandling. Please provide proof of damage to request an exchange. Only original paintings that arrive damaged may be reimbursed.
For items damaged upon arrival, reports must be made within 3 days of delivery to receive a replacement.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a non-damaged item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Can I use discount codes for items on sale?
Promotional discounts can only be applied to artworks listed at full price.

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, & Facebook Pay. We also offer options that allow our customers to pay in installments; Afterpay, Affirm, and ShopPay.
